I have always integrated a Holistic component in my life and career.
  • I was a registered nurse in Connecticut for 20 years and received my BSN from St.Francis College in Illinois.
  • Have experience in Addiction Services, Adolescent Treatment, Forensic (criminal) Psychiatry
  • Columnist - I write "Ask Monte" for a monthly senior magazine.
  • I'm a volunteer, Teaching - Guided Imagery Classes at The Home of Hope
Since I moved back to Illinois in 1996 I have pursued further studies, including the following:
  • Certified by John F. Barnes P.T. in Myofascial Release Techniques
  • I am a Certified Milton Ericksonian Hypnotist
  • Certified Reiki I, II, Teacher and Master
